Simplex Filters/Strainers
 These filters are provided with single basket, so they
are called as
simplex filters. These are used where flow can be interrupted for
cleaning of basket. These filters are used before Pumps, Flow
Meters, Turbines, and Temperature & Measuring Instruments etc.
Duplex Filter/Strainer
 These filters/strainers are provided with dual baskets,
so they are
called as Duplex Filters/Strainers. These are used where flow
can not be interrupted for cleaning of baskets. These filters
are supplied with inlet & outlet connection on same side or
diametrically Opp. Side.
These are also called Twin Strainers.
The advantages of these filters is that basket/filter element
can be cleaned during operation also one filter element removes
in using while the other can be cleaned.
Self Cleaning Filters
 These filters are used where large volume of fluid to be handled
& continuous removal of debris is required. There filters
facilities reduced
differential pressure in the equipments. and the quick
cleaning of the basket. These filters work on edge filtration
principle. Filtration down to 25 micron can be achieved in
these filters. Cleaning is done by simply turning the handle without opening the cover.
Y-Strainers
 Construction of
there strainers is synonymous with it's name.
These are used where debris needs to be removed frequently.
Because of short flange to flange distance, it takes less space
in pipe line and hence pressure drop is reduced. These are
available in variety of material like C.I/C.S./S.S. & fabricated
construction to meet the requirement of customer.
These filters are available in screwed as well as flanged end
connections.
Conical Strainers
 These are also called temporary strainers, used in the pipe line
for flushing of the system. These are suitable for liquid,
steams, Compressed Air, Chemicals etc. They can be mounted
between the flanges.
Suction Filter
 Suitable
for installation in the storage tanks below liquid level on
pump's suction inlet pipe. These are available in various size
and combinations.
COALESCING FILTER
The Fine Filter combinations are designed & manufactured to
filter out dust particles, moisture & oil
 from compressed air.
The fine filter combination works in stage wise filtration. It
serves with least pressure drop over long period with excellent
filtration level i. e. upto 0.01 µ & 0.005 ppm oil residual with
highest efficiency of 99.9999 % & are used in industry to
various application where quality of air is recommended as per
various pneurope recommendation or IS 8573:1.
Housing are manufactured & tested to operate at 16 bar (max)
working pressure at max 60°C temp. Filter with higher temp. also
can be supplied if required. End Conn. Supplied upto model 007
is BSP female. End conn. Supplied model 009 V onward are of
flanges ASA-150# or as per purchasers choice. All models are
supplied with manual drain. Auto drain is optional at.
